Introduction to the Quality Control Center
Since its establishment, the quality control department has strictly implemented the company's quality objectives and policies, with ISO9001 quality management system as the leading factor, and established a complete quality control system and standards for the whole process of production. For any quality abnormality or fluctuation in the production process, the quality control department will describe the nonconformity and issue it to the relevant responsible department in the form of an 8D report for analysis and correction, so as to continuously improve product quality and improve the product pass rate. In order to ensure that the product performance is reliable, the quality is accurate, and the user is satisfied, the quality control department is equipped with a variety of advanced testing equipment and has completed the transition from the original simple IQC/OQC to the creation of a complete quality management platform, forming a comprehensive quality management team with quality as the center, including IQC, OQC, FQC, IPQC, QA, SQE, QE, etc.
