There are clear time requirements for handling customer complaints and an experienced technical team to provide technical support. For customer issues in technology, testing, and installation, timely responses are given, and on-site technical support can be provided if necessary. Customer complaint information has been managed by the OA system, and a complete customer complaint information database has been established and used as DFMEA in the new product design and development stage. Regular statistical analysis of customer complaint information and satisfaction surveys of customer complaint handling are conducted to improve product quality and after-sales service quality, and to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
